    How to Connect Your Metro Rewards Card (MRC) to MRC Connect

    Follow these simple steps to start enjoying your Metro Rewards benefits online:

    • Enter Your 16-Digit Metro Rewards Card Number:
      Grab your Metro Rewards Card and type the 16-digit number printed on it into the input field. Double-check to make sure it's entered correctly!
    • Verify Your Account with an OTP:
      After entering your card number, you’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on the mobile number linked to your MRC account. Enter the OTP in the designated field to verify your account. If you don’t receive it within a few moments, you can request a resend.
    • You’re Connected!
      That’s it! Your Metro Rewards Card is now linked to MRC Connect, and you’re ready to redeem points, track your rewards, and enjoy exclusive benefits.

    • Account Name Match: Ensure that the name on your ShopMetro account matches the name on your Metro Rewards Card. Only the registered Metro Rewards member can avail of the benefits.
    • Updated Mobile Number: Please confirm that your mobile number is updated in your Metro Rewards Card (MRC) account. If it’s outdated, visit your nearest Metro store to update it before registering for MRC Connect.
    • Card Validity: Only active and unexpired Metro Rewards Cards are eligible for benefits.
    • Rewards Redemption: When redeeming Metro Rewards points, the minimum redemption amount is 50 points.
