Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
1 cup granola
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1 banana, sliced
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Prepare the strawberries, blueberries, and banana by washing and slicing the fruits as needed.
- In two serving glasses or parfait cups, spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom.
- Add a layer of granola followed by a layer of strawberries, blueberries, and banana.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt and fresh fruits on top.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
