Garlic Butter Noodles
Garlic Butter Noodles is a simple and flavorful pasta dish made with tender noodles tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce. Infused with fragrant garlic, butter, Parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs, this quick and comforting dish is perfect as a side dish, light meal, or easy weeknight dinner. Best served hot, Garlic Butter Noodles can also be paired with chicken, shrimp, or vegetables for a more filling meal.

Ingredients
400g spaghetti or noodles
5 tbsp butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pasta water
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water, then drain the noodles and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss well to coat them evenly with the garlic butter.
- Pour in a little of the reserved pasta water and continue tossing until the noodles are glossy and well coated.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, salt, and ground black pepper. Toss until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
- Cook for another 1–2 minutes, adding more pasta water if needed to reach your preferred consistency.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful and comforting Garlic Butter Noodles!
