1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups fresh milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Butter, for cooking
Maple syrup, for serving

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix; a few small lumps are fine.

- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to set.
- Flip the pancake and cook for another 1–2 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the pan as needed.
- Stack the pancakes on a serving plate and top with butter, maple syrup, and fresh fruits if desired. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Fluffy Pancakes!
