I. E-RAFFLE MECHANICS

1. Every ₱1,500 single receipt purchase of the following Metro stores: (All Stores: Supermarket, Super Metro, Metro Market, Metro Mart, Metro Fresh ‘n Easy, Metro Value Mart, Metro Wholesale Mart), Pharmacy, Suisse Cottage, Food Avenue & Metro Cafe = one (1) electronic raffle entry

A.1 ADDITIONAL RAFFLE ENTRIES

1a. Purchases made using the MRC loyalty card = additional one (1) electronic raffle entry. [Only one additional raffle entry per receipt regardless of total amount purchase.]

1b. Purchases worth ₱200 and above of participating brands at the following Metro stores: Supermarket, Super Metro, Metro Market, Metro Mart, Metro Fresh ‘n Easy, Metro Value Mart, MetroWholesale Mart = additional one (1) electronic raffle entry

II. HOW TO JOIN

Customer has to register in the Metro E-Raffle platform to be able join the promo. Registration is done only once at the start of the promo to be able to earn E-Raffle entries thereafter.

III. HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE PROMO

VIA CUSTOMER SERVICE/REDEMPTION BOOTH

 FOR MRC: Customer must present a qualified receipt along with their Metro Rewards Card(MRC) to the Customer Service counter or designated redemption booth personnel.

 FOR NON MRC: Customer must present a qualified receipt to the redemption booth personnel. A registration slip/form will then be provided for the customer to complete and sign as part of the registration process.

VIA MOBILE PHONE

 FOR MRC: Customer visits the Customer Web Application at www.metropromo.com.ph and clicks the “Register” button. The customer then enters their MRC number and sets a password.

 FOR NON MRC: The customer visits www.metropromo.com.ph, clicks the “Register” button, enters their personal details—including first name, complete middle name, last name, mobile number, age, birthdate (day/month/year), Facebook account, and home address—sets a password, and the system then checks for existing records using the mobile number and email address.

NOTE: Senior citizens must be manually registered in the system.

IV. EARNING OF RAFFLE ENTRIES

FOR MRC: The customer can view all processed transactions and the corresponding raffle entries earned through their smartphone or by visiting www.metropromo.com.ph.

FOR NON MRC:

 Customer goes to the Customer Service counter and provides their Name and qualified receipts from Metro Stores for validation of e-raffle entry.

 Store Customer Service In-charge searches for the Customer record either by Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Mobile Number, or Email Address

 Store Customer Service In-Charge shall create a new raffle entry transaction record and shall encode the Receipt Number, Store Number, Permit/ Terminal Number, Date/ Time of Receipt, Participating Products, Type of Receipt (Retail, Wholesale/Trade PO), and Total Amount of Receipt.

 Store Customer Service In-Charge shall stamp “CLAIMED” at the face of the qualified transaction receipt.

 Non-MRC Customer shall receive a confirmation message via SMS and/or email about the raffle entries earned.

NOTE: Senior citizens must be manually registered in the system.

V. CUT OFF DATE & GRAND DRAW DATE

 The cut-off date for registration and redemption of electronic raffle entries is until store closing hours on June 30, 2026 at 11:59pm.

 The grand draw is scheduled on July 6, 2026, @ 3:00 PM and will be held online via Google Meet.
