6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
2 cups cold water
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp sugar, or to taste
1 cup ice cubes
Lime slices for garnish (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Cut the watermelon into small cubes and remove any seeds if necessary.
- Place the watermelon, cold water, lime juice, and sugar in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if needed.
- Strain the drink through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher if you prefer a smoother texture.
- Add the ice cubes and stir gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes if desired.
