Ingredients
3 ripe mangoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 packs graham crackers
500ml all-purpose cream, chilled
300ml sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping, optional)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chilled all-purpose cream and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- In a rectangular dish or container, arrange a single layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers, then top with an even layer of sliced ripe mangoes.
- Repeat the layering process (graham crackers, cream mixture, and mangoes) until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top and arrange additional mango slices for garnish, if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set and soften. Serve chilled and enjoy your creamy Mango Graham Float!
