I. MECHANICS:
A. QUALIFYING PURCHASE

For every P1,500 single receipt purchase = one (1) electronic raffle entry

A.1 ADDITIONAL RAFFLE ENTRIES
1a. Purchases made using the MRC loyalty card = additional one (1) electronic raffle entry. Only one additional raffle entry per receipt regardless of total amount purchase.

1b. Purchases worth P200 and above of participating brands at the supermarket = additional one (1) electronic raffle entry

II. HOW TO JOIN

Customers have to register in the Metro e-raffle platform to be able to join the promo. Registration is done only once at the start of the promo to be able to earn e-raffle entries thereafter.

III. HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE PROMO

3.1 Two-way Registration for Metro Reward Cardholder (MRC) Customers

3.1a Register via Customer Service Counter/Redemption Booths for MRC Customers:
a. Customer presents qualified receipt and Metro Rewards Card (MRC) to the Customer Service or designated redemption booth in-charge.

3.1b Register via Mobile Phone for MRC Customers:
a. Customer goes to the Customer Web Application www.metropromo.com.ph and clicks “Register” button.
b. Customer encodes his MRC Number and nominates a password.

3.2 Two-way Registration for Non-MRC Customers

3.2a. Register via Customer Service Counter/Redemption Booths for Non-MRC
Customers:
a. Customer presents qualified receipt to the Customer Service or designated redemption booth in-charge. In-charge to give registration slip to customer to fill in needed data and sign in the registration form.

3.2b. Registration via Smart Phone for Non-MRC Customers:
a. Customer goes to the Customer Web Application www.metropromo.com.ph and clicks “Register” button.
b. Customer encodes his First Name, complete Middle Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Age, Birthday (day/month/year), Facebook Account and Home Address and nominates a password.
c. System checks if Customer already exists by checking the mobile number & email address.

IV. EARNING OF RAFFLE ENTRIES
4. Earning of Raffle entries can be done in two-ways;

4.1. Earning Raffle Entries via Redemption Booth for Non MRC Registered Customers:

a. Customer goes to Customer Service counter and provides Name and qualified receipts from Metro Stores for validation of e-raffle entry.
b. Store Customer Service In-charge searches for the Customer record either by Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Mobile Number or Email Address
c. Store Customer Service In-Charge shall create new raffle entry transaction record and shall encode the Receipt Number, Store Number, Permit/ Terminal Number, Date/ Time of Receipt, Participating Products, Type of Receipt (Retail, Wholesale/Trade PO) and Total Amount of Receipt.
d. Store Customer Service In-Charge shall stamp “CLAIMED” at the face of the qualified transaction receipt.

e. Non-MRC Customer shall receive a confirmation message via SMS and/or email about the raffle entries earned.
4.2. Earning Raffle Entries for Registered MRC Customers:
a. Customer makes a qualified purchase in participating Metro Stores using his valid MRC card.
b. Customer can also view all processed transactions and equivalent raffle entries earned via Smartphone or access the website www.metropromo.com.ph

V. CUT OFF DATE AND GRAND DRAW DATE

VI. OTHER KEY DETAILS:

8. A winner can only win once. If a winner is drawn more than once, prize of the greater value will be awarded; another winner will be drawn for the lower valued prize.

9. All draws will be done in the presence of a DTI representative.

10. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

11. Twenty Percent (20%) prize tax for all prizes will be shouldered by the winner.

12. All Luzon & Visayas winners can claim their prize at any preferred Metro Stores. Redemption period is good until 60 days from receipt of notice email or registered mail.

13. All expenses to be incurred in claiming the prize, freight and transfer costs, other applicable taxes and related fees will be shouldered by the winners.

14. Winners will be notified by Metro offices via telephone call and registered mail for all the necessary information as to the arrangement of the claiming of prizes.
a. In claiming the prize, winners should submit photocopy of any two (2) valid ID’s (Office ID, SSS or GSIS number, passport, driver’s license) preferably with photo and signature, with the official mail of winning sent by the Metro Retail Stores Group Inc. A photocopy of the winners NSO birth certificate where the complete middle name is indicated will also be required. All documents will be submitted to the Customer Service Counter of any Metro participating store location near the winner.
b. Winners should allow the organizers promotional advertisement such as radio tours, pictorials, print advertisement and activity appearances.

15. The winners name shall also be posted in store premises and will be posted in the Metro online sites The Metro Stores in FB than later than two (2) weeks after the determination and verification of all winners.

16. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of Metro Retail Stores Group, Incorporated with prior approval of the DTI.

17. All employees of Metro Retail Stores Group, Incorporated and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified to neither join nor win a prize.

18. In case of disputes, the decision of Metro Retail Stores Group, Incorporated in concurrence with the DTI is deemed final.
