Creating Your Account
Register for a free ShopMetro account to start shopping online. If you are a MRC member, please refer this page.
Go to the ShopMetro Website
Open your browser and go to shopmetro.ph . You will land on the homepage featuring product categories, promotions, and featured items.

Click the Register Tab
Click the person icon in the top-right navigation to go to the login/register page. Select the Register tab to open the registration form.
Fill in Your Personal Details
Complete all required fields in the registration form:
- First Name β Your given name (e.g., Dell)
- Last Name β Your family name (e.g., Morron)
- Email Address β A valid email you have access to
- Password β Choose a strong password (aim for "Strong" rating)

Accept Terms & Submit
Make sure to read and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Optionally opt in for updates and promotions. Click Register to complete.
Verifying Your Email
Confirm your email address to fully activate your ShopMetro account.
Check Your Email Inbox
After registering, ShopMetro will immediately send a verification email to your registered address. Open your inbox and look for an email from ShopMetro with the subject: "Verify Your Email Address."

Open the Verification Email
Click on the ShopMetro email to open it. You will see a welcome message addressed to your username and a clear button to verify your email address.

Click "Verify Email Address"
Click the Verify Email Address button in the email. A browser window will open confirming your email has been verified.
Email Verified β Start Shopping!
A confirmation screen will display "Email Verified!". Your account is now fully active. Click Start Shopping to begin browsing products.

Logging In to Your Account
Access your ShopMetro account securely with your registered credentials.
Account Created Successfully
After registration, you will be redirected to the Login page with a success banner: "Your account was created successfully. Your login details have been sent to your email address."

Enter Your Credentials & Log In
On the Login tab, enter your Username or Email Address and Password. Click Log in to access your account.
Browsing & Shopping
Explore thousands of products and add them to your cart.
Navigate the Store
Use the top navigation bar to explore product sections:
- Categories β Browse all product categories from Pantry Essentials and more.
- What's New β Latest arrivals and new items
- 99 Items β Products priced at β±99 or less
- Health & Wellness β Vitamins, personal care, and health products
- Metro Exclusive β Exclusive Metro house brands
- Must Haves β Top picks and bestselling items
Search for Products
Use the search bar at the top to quickly find specific items by name, brand, or category.
Add Items to Your Cart
When you find a product you want, click Add to Cart. The cart icon in the top-right will update showing the number of items currently in your cart.

Save to Shopping List
Click the heart icon (β‘) or Add to Shopping List on any product to save it to your Shopping List for a future purchase. You can also add your custom shopping list name if you want.

Managing Your Cart
Review your items, adjust quantities, and apply coupons before checkout.
Open Your Shopping Cart
Click the cart icon in the top navigation. Your cart displays all added items with their prices, quantities, and subtotals. The Cart Totals panel on the right shows your running total.

Adjust Quantities or Remove Items
Use the β and + buttons next to each item to change the quantity. Click the β on the left of any product row to remove it from your cart entirely.
Choose Your Shipping Method
In the Cart Totals panel, select your preferred delivery option:
Store Pickup
Free β Collect at a Metro store of your choice
Home Delivery
β±150.00 β Delivered to your address
Apply a Coupon (Optional)
Enter your promo code in the Coupon code field and click Apply Coupon to activate your discount.
Proceed to Checkout
Once satisfied with your cart, click the green Proceed to Checkout button to continue to billing and payment.
Checkout & Payment
Complete your billing details, choose pickup or delivery, and place your order.
Select Your Pickup Location
After selecting shipping methods, a modal opens and shows the Store Selector. Choose from Metro stores across the Philippines, filterable by region or searchable by name.

Complete Your Billing Details
Fill in all required billing fields on the Checkout page:
- First & Last Name β Pre-filled from your account profile
- Street Address β Your barangay and street name
- City / Municipality β Your city (e.g., Mandaue)
- Phone Number β For order coordination by the store team
- Email Address β Where order confirmation will be sent
- Metro Rewards (MRC) β Note: MRC Number will be inputted automatically if you connect your MRC

Select Pickup / Delivery Date
Choose your preferred Pickup or Delivery Date from the date picker. Orders placed before 2:00 PM and paid by 4:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.

Agree to Terms & Place Order
Check the Terms and Conditions box, then click the green Place Order button to submit your order.
Order Confirmation
What happens immediately after you successfully place your order.
Thank You Confirmation Page
After placing your order, you will be redirected to a Thank You page displaying your complete order summary β items, quantities, totals, shipping method, payment method, billing address, and your scheduled pickup/delivery date.

Confirmation Email in Your Inbox
ShopMetro will send a "We've Received Your Order" email to your registered address. The email will appear in your inbox with a PDF invoice attached.

Open the Confirmation Email
Open the email to review the full order details, important reminders about processing times, and pick-up instructions for your selected Metro store.

Your Invoice (PDF Attachment)
A PDF invoice is attached to the confirmation email containing your complete billing info, order number, itemized product list, and total amount. This is your official receipt β keep it for your records.

- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Prices and inventory are subject to change without prior notice.
- Store personnel will contact you to suggest product substitutes if items are unavailable.
- You will be contacted to confirm the final amount before paying.
Picking Up Your Order
How to collect your order at the Metro store on your scheduled date.
Go to the Store you Preferred
For orders at Preferred Store (Nearest Store Location), please remember your Preferred Pickup Date β and the confirmed time.
Proceed to the Store's Designated Claiming Area
Once inside, go to the Location, Supermarket or Department Store Area where your prepared order will be available for claiming.
Present a Valid ID
Bring appropriate identification based on who is claiming the order:
- Customer (you): Any valid government-issued ID
- Your Representative: Authorization letter + your valid ID
- Senior Citizen's Representative: Authorization letter + customer's valid ID (additional docs may apply)
Pay at the Store Counter
If you selected Payment on Pick-up, pay at the store's designated checkout counter using: Cash, Debit/Credit Card, and E-wallet of your choice using QR Ph.
Order Completion Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming your order has been successfully completed.
Receive Your Order Complete Email
Once your order has been picked up and payment is settled, ShopMetro will send an Order is Now Complete email from ShopMetro to your registered email address.
Review Your Order Details
The email contains a complete summary of your transaction:
- Order Number β Your unique order reference number
- Order Date β The date you placed your order
- Completed Date β The date your order was successfully claimed
- Payment Method β Confirms how you paid (e.g. Payment on Pick-up)
- Shipping Method β Confirms your chosen method (e.g. Store Pickup)
Check Your Order Summary
The email also includes an itemized Order Summary showing all purchased products, quantities, and subtotals β keep this as your digital receipt.
