On the ShopMetro login page, enter your email and password. Toggle on "Link MRC during login" to reveal the Metro Rewards Card Number field, then enter your 16-digit MRC number.

After clicking "Connect MRC & Log In," Metro sends an SMS OTP to your registered mobile number. Check your messages and note the most recent unread code.

- Message: "Your One-Time Password is XXXXXX. Valid for 5 mins."
- Each code expires after 5 minutes
- Always use the most recent unread code
- Older codes in the same thread are already expired
Back on the ShopMetro login page, enter the 6-digit OTP you received via SMS into the Verification Code field to complete MRC authentication.
- The OTP is valid for 5 minutes only
- Enter the 6-digit code in the Verification Code field
- Verification code sent confirmation shown: 095*****509
- Click Verify OTP & Log In
- Tap Resend code if the timer expires
After entering the correct OTP, ShopMetro shows a green checkmark with "Verification successful! Logging you in…" message. Your MRC is now linked and you are automatically signed in.

After logging in, go to Metro Rewards Card in the left sidebar to see your digital MRC card, points balance, pending points, and transaction history.
