How To Pick Up Order<\/h1>\n

Follow these steps to collect your order from the store<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

You will receive an email stating that your orders are ready for pick up at your selected store’s pick-up location.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

You may pick up your orders yourself or through an authorized representative<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Proceed to the store’s designated Claiming Area<\/span> and present your proof of identification. If an authorized representative will be picking up the orders, a proof of identification together with an authorization letter<\/span> must be presented.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

You or your authorized representative will be asked to check the ordered items. Make sure that the orders are complete, correct, and in good condition<\/span> before receiving the orders.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Sign the Acknowledgement Receipt<\/span> as proof that the items are received. *Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc. will not be held liable for the loss or damage of the items ordered once picked up.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
