MECHANICS:

  1. Easter Egg Hunt Kids’ Party is open to children ages 12 and below.
  2. A minimum qualified purchase, cash or credit, single or accumulated, will entitle a customer to register one child to the Easter Egg Hunt Kids’ Party:
    A. Dept Store/ Gen Merchandise- minimum of 1,500 purchase
    B. Supermarket – a minimum of  P2,000.00 purchase, inclusive of any fun snacks, biscuits, candies, gums, chocolates, jellies, mallows and chips.
  3. Fill out registration form starting March 24, 2023 to April 8, 2023 at Customer Service counter or Redemption Booth with a qualified receipt. After filling out the form, a registration stub will be given to the kid participant and companion who should be presented during the Activity Day on April 9, 2023, 1 PM to 4:00 PM.
  4. Each participating kid is allowed to bring one (1) or two (2) companion. Kids are encouraged to come in their costume.
  5. Each kid has to bring his/her own goodie bag or mini bucket pail.
  6. Store Marshall shall be present during the activity to ensure the safety of participants.
  7. After the egg hunting, participants should surrender the collected eggs to the Promo Booth at Store Activity Center for the actual counting to be done by Event Committee. The top 3 participants with the highest number of collected eggs will receive the following prizes:

  1. In case of a tie, the first participant to surrender the collected eggs to the Event Committee shall be declared as winner.
  2. All prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
  3. Children of Metro Retail Stores Group Incorporated employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join.
  4. In case of disputes, the decision of Metro Retail Stores Group Incorporated in concurrence with the DTI is deemed final.

 

CONTROL MEASURES:

  1. One week before the activity, sales promo personnel at Department Stores will be briefed on the importance of monitoring and ensuring that only companions and participants will be participating in egg hunting. In addition, other shoppers present during the activity who are considered relatives of the companion and participant are not allowed to assist in finding the eggs.
  2. The Event Committee will hide Easter eggs around the Department Store the night before the egg hunt begins.
  3. During the activity on April 9, Easter Sunday, all participants must check their names on the registration list at the Store Activity Center. Moreover, they will receive a sticker ID serving as their entry ticket to the activity.
  4. Upon completion of the egg hunting, participants and companions must return the collected eggs to the Promo Booth at the Store Activity Center for counting by the Event Committee which will be tallied accordingly in the log sheet provided.
  5.  Based on the log sheet, event committee will identify the Top 3 participants with highest number of eggs to be declared as winners.
  6. The Top 3 winners will be awarded and be given the prize during program proper.
